Back to School Bash

It is that time of year to prepare for our 4th annual Back to School Bash - reaching out to children and teens in Johnson County and the surrounding area. We want to thank you for your continued support. Because of the generous contributions, last year we were able to provide school supplies to nearly 350 children and this year the demand is even higher.

Our goal is to provide 400 book bags filled with most of the supplies needed to start the year off right. With a donation of $10.00 we can purchase in bulk and stretch your hard earned money further. Your $10.00 donation will purchase about $30.00 worth of supplies retail.

Would you, your Church or Sunday School Class support Old Mill Ministries' Back to School Bash by sponsoring one or more filled book bags for $10.00 each?  Or would your Church or Sunday School Class be interested in sponsoring a Back to School Bash Activity?

Bouncy Houses - $300.00

Snow cones - $250.00

Horseback Rides - $200.00

Volleyball - $150.00

Popcorn - $100.00

Balloons - $75.00

Games - $50.00

Face-painting - $25.00

How about sponsoring a laptop computer door prize? It is our goal to give three high school students a laptop computer at the cost of $2,000.00 for all three. If this is too big, would you be able to give $200 toward a computer and we will bundle it with others to make this possible? The cost of an outreach of this magnitude takes a considerable amount of financial support as well as coordinating and negotiating for the best possible prices.

No donation is too small and every donation is greatly appreciated. Together we are making a difference in the lives of people in Northeast Tennessee.
